I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please be considerate of the time invested into each piece as it is uniquely made. All sales are final! Once an order has been placed and you decide to cancel, there will be a $5 cancellation fee, or 10% of the total purchase. Which ever is greater. So PLEASE be sure of your purchase, as time is priceless.
2. Shipping
Please be patient as some items are made to order depending on the quantity, and the amount of orders ahead of you. Turn around time is between 3-5 business days. Not including weekends. Please order with time. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages, as it's out of my control once USPS has possession if it. All items are packaged with care.
